Something you don’t known
In general, we all konw that green tea has less caffeine than other tea types.
However, some types of green tea (such as matcha green tea) can have more caffeine than your typical black tea or even an espresso.
I am also surprised at that results.
I like the deserts of matcha flavor, Do you like matcha green tea?
Of course I like matcha green tea. I drink it every day. It’s not quite the same effect as caffeine in coffee. There are a few other chemicals involved.
Green tea does not always have less caffeine than other tea types. Caffeine is less about processing and more about the part of the tea used. Buds have the most caffeine. Young, small tender leaves the next most caffeine. Large leaves have less caffeine and stems even less. Tea flowers have the least caffeine. A green tea made with a lot of buds may well be higher in caffeine than a black tea made with a lot of stems.
One of the great myths of tea proven false by scientists was that white tea had the least caffeine, followed by green the next least and followed by black having the most. There was a link on a previous thread to a scientific study about this that debunked it. The scientist tested a white tea that actually had the most caffeine.
Interesting results.
It’s a good way to help us distinguish the amount of caffeine.
But I still think that there is rare tea caffeine inside without a big impact of my sleepy.
I think matcha generally has more caffeine because you’re consuming the leaf so you’re getting 100% of the caffeine in the tea.
The term is also very interesting, but we cannot guarantee that all absorbed by human body.
