Just out of question, what’s a Heath bar?

From what I can tell it’s what I would call a Daim bar if that helps. Hard crunchy caramel covered with milk chocolate.

I’m afraid I’ve never heard of a ‘Daim bar’ either. But from the description it sounds maybe like a Hershey’s Skor bar. http://www.hersheycanada.com/en/products/details/skor/index.asp

Hershey made the Skor bar in order to try and compete with the success of Heath, but Heath was ultimately more popular (and in my opinion better)

Heath and Skor are quite similar. Interesting that Hershey’s apparently has the rights to Skor in Canada but Heath in the US.

I totally think Frank should revive some other (reasonably popular) past blends for all of us newbies! :D

And even if they were not too successful I am sure he has mastered things in two years!

You could always try finely smashing a Heath bar and mixing it with a black base! Won’t be exactly the same, but at least you’ll have toffee chocolate tea.
