Tea packaging for start up - help

Hi steepsters

I am starting a tea company in Australia and wondered if you could share some advice with me about tea packaging. I will have small batches to begin with so I’m thinking stand up pouch with a sticker label but of course it needs to look professional so happy to hear alternative options. Would love any advice.
