Hello,

I am looking for an inexpensive tea especially to get me out of bed in the morning! I hear Ginseng is good for concentration and memory, which I’m really into and this is my reason for drinking it! Could someone recommend for me which type of Ginseng tea to use (Korean, Red, etc.) and who it makes sense to order from? I’m a complete beginner when it’s all about tea!

Ten Ren Tea, a company with stores in various Chinatowns and a website, sells a lot of different ginseng tea. As to your preference for decaf. Ginseng I believe is caffeine free.

It just comes in a heavy box.

An apple is probably the best thing to get you going.
