Liquid Proust 2017 Master Thread, Goodbye Blends - Last Sale!
As someone who’s only tried a couple of roasted oolongs and hasn’t really enjoyed them all that much (I’ve been much more into fruity sheng), do you think this would be a good way to change my mind? I’ve pretty well been limited to only Taiwanese and Chinese roasts! I’ve been thinking about this since the day it was posted and still can’t decide if I should jump on it.
Most all of these oolongs are quite different so I wouldn’t say they would help out with your experience and roasted oolongs, but this would give you an understanding of oolongs in a small sense for a decent price as you’d get… 20+ sessions out of this. There are some really unique ones as well and a surprise that hasn’t been listed either : )
I congratulate you on your promotion – but I’m a little sad to read that you’re no longer blending because I did really want to work on the ‘conglomerate’ blend that we had talked about last year. I apologize that I’ve not been in touch about it – but I really needed to get myself caught up with everything before I embarked upon the blend (for the last two years, I feel like I’ve been constantly been running about a mile behind, you know?)
But I do understand – life throws us things to see if we’re up for the challenge and I’m happy for your promotion. I wish you the best!

Glad to hear positive feedback! I only got out some because of Easter and I ran out of bubble wrap…
It takes too much time to do these as quick as I once did now that I’m juggling more in life, however…. my girlfriend is open to the idea of helping out with these as I explain to her the reason why; being the community.
Really hope this one turns out well, it was the first group buy I did at no profit since it was funded by someone in the community : )

Dranking some of that Kagoshima and it is great! I don’t know if it’s my all around mood of if this Thea has some qi but life is good with a cuppa this Oo.
