It’s still sugar. It might have a few more minerals, being rock sugar — and less processed.
It is sugar and no better than white sugar (I’m diabetic).
I general sugar is not good for you. Doesn’t matter if it’s beet or cane, granulated or rocks, Sucrose or Glucose.
No difference. Sugar is sugar.

The only difference between the rock sugar and other sugars is the rock sugar is usually beet sugar. Still not very good for you but not as bad for you as artificial sweeteners.
