What is the blog world missing?

I recently started a tea blog and I want to know what you like would like to hear me talk about. My blog is going to be mainly focused on education. Is there something you would like to know more about. (I.e. Porcelain, the history of tea, microclimates for tea).
I am generally well informed, but also have resources such as friends who are from famous tea regions to tell me learn more.
