Tea of the day. Not sheng or shou
Winter tgy from what cha, I love it. Great stuff, good lasting, aftertaste is great, extremely solid all round.
Jingteashop dhp. Will give to girlfriend, who likes chocolate a lot. Ends up being bamboo oolong water. If you like those things, you might like it
EoT three leaf liu bao. nice, has menthol cooling wrapped up with seriously easy drinking hei cha.
Unsmoked wild lapsang souchong from Teavivre. Honey sweet and chocolatey. Paired nicely with leftover Valentine’s day chocs.
L.S. for me too – Tarry lapsang souchong from Tealrya. bringing back all kindsa memories I’ve not had a lapsang in decades.
East Frisian from Harney & Sons. This has been my morning tea every day for the past week and I haven’t grown tired of it yet. :)
I picked up a bag of this tea, Red Blossom’s “Formosa Red Native Cultivar” mi xiang, when I was in San Francisco a few months back, and I keep coming back to it. Lovely sweet, malty brew, and a nice little shop if you’re in town and like Taiwanese teas. (I also picked up a nice shou pu-erh there, but that’s for another thread).

2013 Gongmei white from White2Tea. Really nice. Kinda creamy, long and full aftertaste in the mouth. Interesting mouthfeel. I’m brewing gongfu style today, and I’m curious if the mouthfeel will hold up to boiling; we’ll see.
2011 White from Chawangshop.
Did someone spike my gaiwan today? Cause I’m used to this tea being good, but today it’s something else. So glad CWS decided to press this one into a cake.
Song Zhong Dancong, from Rasseru’s group buy awhile back.
I remember this tea tea being good. Turns out my memory deceives me – this tea is excellent.
