My New Matcha Sifter!

I just picked up this super fine mesh, enclosable tea sifter. It can also be used to brew tea. Just slide open the door, put the tea in, and drop into a cup. Super easy to clean and only $4 !!!

The downside is that it is noisy to tap. :)
