Logos tend to work best when they could hypothetically stand on their own without the type. I think #2 works perfectly for that because it’s easy to understand, even if you don’t speak Chinese (?). Round + red circle says “Asia” to me (the Japanese flag, specifically), and the plant is straightforward. Even without the type, one can tell that this is some sort of Asian plant company. Tea is — ta-da — an Asian plant. It’s clean, it’s cute, it works.
