has anyone bought from this site before?
has anyone bought from puerh junky before? if so, what is your opinion?
Looking at their site they seem to sell all off brands. This can be good or bad depending on the brands. I don’t recognize most of the brands to know if they are any good. Maybe someone else on here will recognize their brands. Their prices seem high to me. I have never actually heard of them before so can offer no opinions other than what is on their website. I also don’t know if they are in China, US or Canada. If they are in the US or Canada you usually pay more for the tea.
I notice they call Puerh Cha Gao, or instant Puerh, Puerh Expresso and charge a huge amount of money for it. You can get it much cheaper at Yunnan Sourcing or any number of other sources.
I’ve had a few samples from them and they were good. What do you mean by off brands? They also give many samples and free shipping if you spend over 75$.
By off brands they don’t sell the big name brands. No Dayi, Haiwan, etc. I think I saw a couple Langhe products on their website but none of the big companies. Little tea factories mostly it looks like. This can be good or this can be bad and I don’t have any way to know which is the case.
I did see an older Six Famous Tea Mountains production. But it looked seriously overpriced at something like $256. They are not that expensive a brand generally.
i found some good lower priced ones.
this one looks very promising to me. i think i’ll like it since i love smokey flavors: http://www.puerhjunky.com/product/11-bulang-green-brick-xinghai-tea-co/
