Dried fruit or dehydrated fruit?

The brand of freeze-dried fruit & veggies that I see in my grocery stores is Just Tomatoes: http://www.justtomatoes.com/jtstore/pc/home.asp Trader Joe’s has a handful of choices, too. Watch out for keeping them dry, though! If it’s a sugary fruit, the tendency is for the fruit to absorb moisture and become sticky.

Nuts.com carries a lot of different dried, candied, and freeze dried fruit. A lot of their dried fruit is rather on the moist side so it might be too humid for mixing into tea. I’ve also seen blackcurrants on there which make for a great flavoring for black ttea, but I’m not sure if they are strong enough without the flavoring most blackcurrant blends use.
