2016: How Much will you spend on tea this year?

In 2014, I spent roughly: 1320.42 USD 320.18 CAD which is about 135 a month. In 2015, I was trying to spend less but had an impromptu trip to Paris so instead I spent roughly 1075.10 USD 206.21 CAD.
In 2016, I was aiming for 500 USD and 500 CAD (or 40/month each currency).

Final result? I managed 4 months of the year with zero purchases! And ended up spending: 170.21 CAD; 170.69 USD which is like 15/month in each currency. So yay for me! Which is also likely why i was able to do as well as i did in clearing out my cupboard this year heh.

I came in under budget this year! Always nice.

I think I should concentrate on how much in weight. I have enough to tea last me at least a year, discounting pu’erh. In 2017, I’m going to focus on a couple spring green teas from Teavivre and Den’s Tea, some oolong to cold brew during the summer, and Chinese black teas when I run out of what I /already/ have.

I have already spent it in 2015. Working on 2020 budget now.
