Feedback about reasonable shipping times from TeaVivre to Canada

I’m in the same boat. I ordered a package on November 27th, it left Xiamen on December 13th, and since then, nothing. Like you, I’m in Toronto and I can only see the tracking info in Chinese characters.

Once your items have cleared through Canadian customs, the tracking info should show up in English.

I bought some Peach Jasmine Pearls, Superfine Tan Yang Gong Fu black tea, and a bag of Golden Tip Dian Hong for Roswell Strange. A fairly small order, just enough to meet the free shipping threshold.

And my order came in today! The shipping label looked a bit different from what I remembered, so it was a pleasant surprise.

Thank you all for chiming in on shipping times and your experience in general. I received my package today, January 15th, so shipping from China to Toronto, Ontario took a bit over a month and a half.

My order status still shows as: “Shipped in transit”.Anyway, as long as I can now enjoy some Bailin GongFu.
