Bamboo Whisk vs Frother

Currently I use a small plastic kitchen whisk, or sometimes just a spoon, to mix my morning latte. I am not particularly concerned with tradition. With that as background – how does a battery operated frother (like the MatchaDNA one on Amazon) compare to a bamboo whisk? I am looking at effectiveness, ease of use, clean up, and usable lifetime.

I like the battery frother, I got the IKEA one. It’s handy for mixing other hot drinks as well so you get other use with it. It’s really handy for doing matcha lattes. Depends how you want your matcha, some really enjoy the ritual.
