Wow, I’ve never seen a lid like that one before. I really like the tea pot a lot. The mark is older Chinese stylus characters, back when characters were written into clay tablets. Sometime this mark will say “in the style of Qing dynasty” but the pot is modern. More often these modern stamps are a decorative logo and arent anything special. Sometimes even Chinese folks don’t read older characters.
