Hi folks,

Just wondering who on Steepster will be attending the expo this year. It will be our first time down there so we’re really excited! Can’t wait :D

California. Wish I could go, dunno why it has to be in such a super expensive place. And the water probably will have be trucked in. Don’t they know we’d rather spend the money on TEA? X-)

lol this is true.

It’s in Long Beach, just north of LA. We’ll be there exhibiting and hosting a Focused Tasting Session for our Coffee Leaf Teas. Sooooo excited! Can’t wait to try dozens of new teas I would otherwise never have the chance to taste. Going to be such an immersive experience :D

I’ll be there, drinking all the samples, making many bathroom trips!

This year I will be better prepared, I was planning to buy books on the last day and turned out most the books sold out or booths packed up or left already.

edit: btw, it’s industry only to attend. Last year I heard about a few who drove all the way down here, just to get turned away.

It is too bad that the general public cannot attend, not that I would anyway too far away.

oooomgggg that would suck to be turned away after a long drive… yeesh.

At least Long Beach is a nice place to be!

For me the drive would be something like 2300 miles. I live in New York.

lol yeah that’s a bit of stretch. when’s the next open convention for tea in NY area?

They hold a tea expo in NYC every March or so. I attended it last month. It was quite good.
