Tea Tumbler
Hey there! I’m new and thus is my first post! I found this site when searching for a Tea Tumbler, but still am searching a little. I had a beautiful double wall, with a built in infuser, that I purchased from Adagio and I love it!! The ONLY drawback is that it only holds ten ounces. I currently have a 24 oz Contigo travel tumbler that I purchased an adapter for, which is a tea fuser. I like it, but still love my Adagio tea tumbler. Any suggestions?

Are you looking for something in between 10 oz and 24 oz? If so, this 18 oz tumbler might fit the bill: http://www.amazon.com/Suns-Tea-Spill-proof-Double-wall-Borrosilicate/dp/B005X1R1FI/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1428983286&sr=8-1
I saw that and was hoping for twenty or more. When I considered 18, I read in the review that there were problems with the infuser falling out. :(
@LuckyMe do you have this tumbler?
@gschuschke what do you think about it?
No, but it’s the largest tea tumbler I could find. Most seem to run from 10 to 16 oz. For me, this this 10 oz tumbler from World Market does the job: http://www.worldmarket.com/product/lagoon+tile+glass+tea+carafe.do?&refType=&from=Search
Love mine but mine was the the other one shown. Sun’s Tea™ 18oz Ultra Clear Double-Wall Glass Travel Mug with Flip-on Drinkhole Lid (made of real borosilicate glass) And I added the stainless steel deep infuser shown for 5.99.
Oh, ok. I liked that the Adagio tumbler had it kind if built in. I suppose if I try out the 18 ounce tumblers, I can try that one. I was really hoping for something twenty ounces or more, however.
I just spotted a ~23oz tumbler today on Dragon Tea House’s eBay store. Check it out and see if this might fit the bill:
@LuckyMe You’re amazing! Thanks, so much! I just bought one and can’t wait to try it! It says it’s international and may take eight weeks, but I don’t mind waiting. Thanks, again!!
Are you looking to keep hot tea hot, cold tea cold, hold a bunch of tea while you’re out and about, steep on the go, or what? It sounds silly, but depending on what you really care about, that can change things.
Personally, I steep my tea in a pot and then transfer to tumbler as despite numerous styles of travel mugs I have never had a satisfying steeping experience. Too strong, too weak, bits coming through, over-steeped, mess.

Great round-up! I’m looking for a tumbler which has no plastic or rubber parts exposed to the tea.. specifically on the inside of the lid that will be exposed to the liquid. Perhaps something with an all-metal/glass construction? If thats not possible, then can you tell me which of them has NO rubber/silicone gaskets around the lid’s rim?
