Is there anyone from Mexico?
I’m a Mexican tea lover, and I can’t find a good place where to go for a cup of tea… well not even someone who can understand my love for tea. I wish there were more Mexicans in Steepster. ¡Por favor!
Mucho gusto, Isabel!
(I’m not Mexican but I lived there for a while in the past. Unfortunately I don’t know much about Mexican tea. In those days I really liked McCormick’s black tea with cinnamon and apple (I think I still have some teabags of that around somewhere) … but it’s grocery store tea, perhaps you’re looking for something fancier?)
¡Mucho gusto! I hope you enjoyed Mexico while you were here! :) Yeah, actually I brought some tea with me from England and I’m covered for the next couple months. However, I’m looking for a place to go, more like a tea room rather than a cafe where they serve tea. You know what I mean?
I’m from Vancouver, Canada but live part time on my sailboat in the Sea of Cortez. I was so impressed to find a tea cafe in La Paz but unfortunately they don’t have many customers. I was recently at the amazing O5 Tea Bar in Vancouver and they have an employee there from Mexico City! So we had the same conversation about people not understanding tea in Mexico!
I’m from New Mexico. Sometimes, people confuse my state with the country.
