Stinging Nettle Tea and Allergies
I often use teas and herbal blends for their health benefits. I recently wrote about the benefits that Stinging Nettle tea has on seasonal allergies. If you’re interested, see my latest blog post.

Thanks for the link to the blog post. I have a chronic allergy and always have chest congestion. I’ve tried to get help from doctors but their solution is always the asthma inhalers (which doesn’t really seem to stop the chest congestion but helps the breathing somewhat). Most times I’m not even aware of the chest congestion until I lie down but it does get worse in the fall (I’m assuming it’s mold from the fall leaves). I’ll give the Stinging Nettle Tea a try.
Do you get the terrible jitters from the inhaler? I wait until I am full on asthma attack because I hate that thing sooo much.
I am in a similar boat to you with the congestion problem, so let me know how the stinging nettle tea works for you :)
don’t use it too often though, it works as a body de-tox.
You could also try Rooibos/honeybus for allergies.
I don’t know about the allergies, but I find nettle to be very savory and tasty. :)
