Dear Tea Lovers,

For those who have posted the reviews and comments, thank you so much. We wanted to write a message to let you all know that we appreciate your reviews and comments.

We are unable to post any comment nor reply to our own threads at this time with some unresolved technical difficulties, and have already contacted Jason at Steepster to try and find a solution with this.

For the time being, we just wanted to let you guys know, it will help us a lot if you can post a rating or short review on the teas you’ve tried on our website at the bottom of the product page :) This way more people can know what to expect when browsing the teas through our site.

It would be greatly appreciated if anyone else who tried the teas can make a quick stop to our website and just transfer what have been reviewed here over. Love the energy and sprits here at Steepster, we just love to talk about anything tea related :) And so happy we can finally reply and respond to messages!!

I’m still floored by how amazing your gift to us is. I can’t wait to order some. Just a note though. One of my teas was very weird. I think it was the jasmine oolong. I wish i had kept some to send to you guys to show I’m nit crazy lol. The rest of the tea was great and i even opened the other package from the other set just to confirm.

That is very unusual. Sorry about the glitch, hopefully you enjoy other teas and the aroma set without being affected by the weird sample. We will be sure to triple check when packing teas and ensure they all meet our high standards here at Tea Ave.

Whichever works for you guys :) The tricky part for us has been the shipping costs as well. We ship fast and secure with DHL going to the states and FedEx within Canada for most cases. We don’t want our customers to worry about where the package might be along the way :) We will always keep the product prices and shipping costs as reasonable as they can be!!
