Hi Again Everyone!

Now I know everyone’s super busy, but I have to ask a favour.

Our company is working on a new aspect of our service and I’m hoping to connect with some of the amazing Steepsterites. Just looking to jump on the Phone/Skype and ask some pretty basic questions, but the feedback could really help us as we try and create the best service we can for tea drinkers.

Of course…thanks for the heads up! I’ll be asking some pretty basic questions about people’s love of tea and how they currently discover and shop for new teas and companies. We feel there’s alot of room for improvement in the process, but want to chat with others to see if they feel the same way or have an entirely different point of view. Plus, we just love chatting about tea!

You could always try the “unofficial steepster chat” though rare, i have seen 10 people there at one time. Im sure we would all be willing to help if you catch us on there.
