In search of an automatic milk frother/warmer for chai

I’m a short klutz in a wheelchair w/ a very in inaccessible kitchen. It may sound like I’m picking on myself, but every word of it is true. I also LOVE chai mistos, latTEAS, and cappuTEAnos so I’m in the market for a milk frother/warmer. It also needs to be able to heat and froth 8oz of milk. And then there’s also this one http://www.amazon.com/Capresso-202-04-frothPRO/dp/B003LXY2HA/ref=sr_1_1?s=gateway&ie=UTF8&qid=1285775537&sr=8-1 which is quite a bit cheaper and has better, but fewer, ratings.

I’m definitely considering the new Breville product that will hopefully be out soon, but I’d like to decide on a 2nd choice incase, for some reason, I decide not to get the Breville so I can get my milk frothing ASAP. Comments? Suggestions?
