I’ve rediscovered my love for tea recently and decided to give this one a try. On first sip you taste the earthiness of the black tea, followed by the aroma of peach and apple, and finished with a light taste of sweet cinnamon. It’s one that I recommend for new tea drinkers as it’s not extremely astringent and it’s easy on the taste buds. 4 cups out of 5 because it may be more enjoyable with a touch of sugar or honey.

It’s been a bit of a sipdown Saturday and this is included. Saying goodbye to this teabag that definitely tastes like a peach cobbler if you drowned a peach cobbler in a bitter black tea and cinnamon. Such potential lost.
I’ve been drinking a ridiculous amount of iced tea blends from bags bought in big-box stores, so its nice to get back to something more “tea-like”, even if it still is bagged.

Review for the bagged version of this
Surprisingly, the primary flavour here is a really aromatic and flavourful white tea.Not vegetal like bai mu dan, but distinctly a white tea. A little bit fruity, I think that might be the sprinkle of darjeeling they added in. The fruit flavour is perfect—-present but not tart or overpowering. Slight natural sweetness of huckleberries, blueberries. Distinctly those two. No artificial generic berry flavour, no citric acid, no stevia or hibiscus. Just the perfect lightly flavoured white tea. I brewed two pots of iced tea (550 mL per pitcher) and the flavour really held up. This is a great iced tea.
Flavors: Berry, Blueberry, Fruity

I normally do not brew teas in boiling water, but I thought this might be tasty brewed really hot. This is a sachet with quite a lot of leaf in it (3g?), so it produces a flavourful tea that can be re-steeped multiple times.
It is weird that this smells like apple and cinnamon rooibos. Flavour wise there is some apple, something dusty and sickly sweet (chicory? licorice root? it has a metallic quality that is horrible here), some vanilla, Lots of rooibos. I was really hoping for strong vanilla bean + rooibos, not a fruity spiced blend.

The sarsaparilla in this blend is lovely. The blend isn’t extraordinary, but it makes a nice herbal tisane for times when you don’t want caffeine.
I normally can’t stand the taste of chamomile, but this actually sounds like it is blended with enough stuff that it might be okay for me. Sarsparilla? Yum!
There is a lot of chamomile still, I wouldn’t suggest it for those who don’t like chamomile. If you want a sarsaparilla blend, try Earth’s Herbals (https://www.earthsherbal.com/store/p19/Rootbeer_Tea.html). IT is the best rootbeer tea I’ve tried yet. It has some chamomile, but not enough to really taste it. The sarsaparilla is strong, some vanilla flavour, anise, and spearmint leaf. It is my go-to herbal when I can’t sleep. It’s worth it just to order the one tin and pay the shipping (that’s how good it is!)
Interesting chamomile blend that has some soothing mint and lemongrass in the background. The blackberry leaves aren’t bad at all, neither vegetal, nor sickly sweet. The herbs are well balanced, although chamomile and mint are the main flavours.
Flavors: Dry Grass, Floral, Herbs, Lemongrass, Mint

This tea seemed really good in the description from the website I bought it from, but unfortunately, mixing green and black teas together is not a really good idea. The temperature that you need to steep them at is very different, and so is the steeping time, resulting in a cup that is either too weak, or burnt. Also, the peachy undertones really don’t help at all here, as I find them to be very artificial. The smell is great though!
Flavors: Bitter, Fruity, Peach
I had this as after a night away from the kids. My in-laws spent the night with our kids and we spent the night at a mineral spa. This tea was delicious, but only because I got to drink it while it was hot, and didn’t have to get up or stop a fight even once!
In reality, it was just ok. A little bitter and tannic (if that is the correct word). I guess it’s alright for a bagged tea.
I have a cold so I’m avoiding milk for a few days, therefore, green tea.
This is an ok bagged green tea for work when dealing with whole leaves and exact water temperature is impractical.
Happily for me, the spearmint is not a dominant flavor but just hangs out in the back, giving a light cooling feeling. The lemongrass is minimal, but noticeable if looked for. It does mute that “boiled hay” taste grocery store, bagged greens tends to have.
Adding honey really helped too.
Flavors: Grass, Hot Hay, Lemongrass

This is a very red tea, almost like red wine in color. Reminds me of sweet and sour sauce for dipping chicken nuggets into, both in color and flavor. Hot is very sour. Room temperature is drinkable, but like room temp cranberry juice. Cold is fabulous, though not thirst-quenching.
Flavors: Cranberry, Fruit Punch, Orange
Preparation
It’s a full leaf tea that can easily survive two infusions, maybe more. It smells a bit like potpourri, which might not be a terrible thing…if you like that sort of thing. It’s a bit overloaded with flavors and they are easy to identify: licorice, peach, cinnamon and some sort of wildflower waft up from the cup. I can’t help but think of an executive washroom or a Glade candle. Still, it’s a pretty good tea for what it is.
Flavors: Cinnamon, Flowers, Licorice, Malt, Peach, Rooibos

This tasted like weak mint tea. I had to check the tag to be sure it was just billed as green tea. There was only one bag of this in the cupboard so I don’t know if they all taste this way. It’s not horrible…but it’s a far cry from good.
Flavors: Peppermint, Spearmint
