mmmmm western brew mostly just to taste it compared to the bu lang. I’m undecided about which one i like better when steeped western brew for extended periods of time. I am going to miss this one when i’m done – only a cup or so left.

I am so glad that I bought all of this in 2009 when I first tasted it. I knew it was going to open up in flavor in a few years. We have several teahouses/coffeehouses/restaurants that we sell this to who are brewing it up Western style. I love it that way, too! So glad you are enjoying it!
