This is a very spinach tea…the leaves steep up to a delicious looking light-green and the resultant liquid is lightly grassy and tastes somewhere between collard greens and cooked spinach. That’s a good thing, by the way. :D
One cup of the stuff is more than enough, though, and I’m not a big fan of it overall…so that’s going to have to lower the rating somewhat. It’s interesting, but not something I’d like to keep around.
