I was drawn to this tea because of the smell – mmm, so good! Brewed, it really does have that cookie taste. It’s sweet so it doesn’t need any more sugar (yay!) and it makes a good dessert tea. The cinnamon and brittle with the rooibos base blend beautifully to give you that cookie taste. It’s buttery with a nip from the cinnamon. The spices give this tea an autumnal feel. I really hope David’s Tea brings this back again next fall. In the meantime, I’m glad I have a stash of it.
