After 4 minutes of steeping this one, the bulb had not completely opened yet – I can just see the very tip of the bloom that will present itself with the next infusion.
This is REALLY good. One of the best blooming teas I’ve tasted in a long time (of course, I can’t really remember when the last time was that I’ve had a blooming tea… unless you count the red peony rosette from Teany that I had this morning… but I don’t consider it to be a “blooming tea” because it doesn’t really bloom). It really does taste like pumpkin and spice! Delicious!

I steeped this a total of 3 times so that the bloom could completely unfurl. It’s beautiful! It looks like two swans dancing! The flavor was delightful for all three infusions too. Pumpkin spice for the first two, and the third had hints of pumpkin spice with a fresh, buttery creaminess at the end. Nice!
