I received this in a gift set. I don’t think it was a tea I would have normally picked out for myself. I’ve never had a Pu’erh. I try to stay away from black teas because of the caffeine. I drink a lot of teas at night so this isn’t one I’ve had before. I made a point to get up and make a cup of tea this morning and use this one. I’m really ,really surprised. I like it!! I can taste the berry. Strawberry maybe? and a hint of mint. I do normally add honey or rock sugar to most of my teas. I thought if this was a weight loss tea perhaps I wouldn’t need any sugar. Nope. It doesn’t need anything. I can see repurchasing this one as a morning pick me up! I think I’m a little to new to teas to have a discerning palate yet. I don’t get all the flavors that are in this one- yet. I’m certainly surprised and am enjoying it!
Flavors: Berries, Mint, Strawberry

I think it’s supposed to help with weight loss. Well, that’s what I get out of the name. I made it in my Breville one touch so I made enough for 2 cups. The second cup I let get a little cool. I noticed the bitter aftertaste when cold that I didn’t notice when hot. So, I think it’s best had hot.
This tea has pu-erh in it, which is supposed to speed up metabolism (possibly helping with weight loss). I believe that’s the idea, anyway.
Your note about black tea and caffeine caught my eye. It’s strictly an urban myth that black tea has more caffeine than other kinds of tea. It all depends on how it’s processed. You can Google caffeine levels of different kinds of tea; here’s the first one I found" http://www.choiceorganicteas.com/caffeineintea.php. Hope that helps you sleep better at night!
This sounds good, it’s an unfortunate name for it maybe?
