6 Tasting Notes
This tea comes out pink so of course I love it. It smells heavenly too, like apple crumble and almonds. One of my favourite herbal teas and it tastes great straight or with a little honey, haven’t tried with cream though,if anything I’ll be using almond milk.
Preparation
Really like this flavoured black tea. Leaves no funny after taste that lingers on your tongue. Steeps a beautiful deep amber tea and tastes great with milk and sugar or straight. I picked this up so I didn’t have to keep going to Tim Horton’s to get my steeped tea double double fix :) Definitely a tea I would buy on the regular.
Preparation
I love chai teas however not a fan of this one. The after taste is bitter and lingers on your tongue. Something about the flavouring they had in there that is a little off, too artificial maybe? Definitely not enough spice for me. Once I had it brewed it was only bearable for the first few hot sips, after that I chucked it. Super disappointed as I’m usually a fan of all things pumpkin and chai.
Preparation
very creamy and smooth, subtly nutty flavour. Must steep it for the right time however; too long=bitter and not enough=NO flavour. Got this as a gift from the fall collection, not too crazy about it so I wouldn’t buy it again but there will be no problem finishing the rest of the bag.
