I’ve been scared of trying this one for a while now, I had a bad experience with yerba mate in the past. But this smelled so good when it was steeping. And, while it didn’t taste like chocolate to me, it was still really good. I got more of a toasted honey flavor honestly. This experience makes me curious to venture more into this side of tea

My preferences are towards black and oolong teas but I love trying new and/or weird teas! I’m finally learning to enjoy green tea.
We recently moved to about 6500 feet above sea level and I’m still trying to get the hang of the lower boiling point! Any tips would be appreciated :)
