It’s that kind of day when a little bit of extra caffeine can go a long way. And unfortunately, my tin of this is empty, but I still have a few little reserves of this lying around (a small tin from a sampler, and a sample from one of my last DT online orders).
I love the richness of this tea. The chocolate and raspberry and almond and roasted flavours work together very well, and it’s woodsy and rich and… good. It does oversteep, though, so I’ve learned to be careful about that. It’s also definitely best hot, though I don’t mind it cooled down — it’s just better when it’s hot.
Overall, this is my go-to “get going” tea, and if not for the fact that I’m trying to get rid of things from my too-large collection, I’d probably be running out and buying another large tin of it sometime soon.
