Primula 3 in 1 Pitcher from DAVIDsTEA

Primula 3 in 1 Pitcher

We all love a multitasker in the kitchen, and this ingenious little pitcher is no exception. It has a stainless steel tea basket, so you can brew hot or cold tea right in the pitcher. Then swap it out for the flavour infuser, which you can fill with fresh fruit, herbs or spices to customize your tea. Finally, try out the chill core, filled with a non-toxic gel that keeps your tea ice cold without diluting it. Seriously, there’s nothing it can’t do. Dishwasher safe. (Capacity: 93 oz/2.75L)

I love this pitcher. I love it. I want to use it for everything. I love that the infuser is average size (my issue with the Mason Jar infusers is that they’re so long that it’s hard to clean the bottom of them), and I love that it reaches to the bottom of the pitcher, so if I only want to make half a pitcher, it’s entirely possible. The chill core is amazing, this is definitely a pitcher I’ll be using to take sangria to my in-laws, who live about an hour away, and I can trust that it will still be cold when I get there.

And it holds so much! Even just filled to the fill line, which is just over half of the pitcher, it makes enough for me to fill my Carry Travel Mug four times. It’s great for helping my wife and I decide if we want to purchase more of a tea, because if we’re not sick of it by the end of the pitcher, it’s a winner!

Finally, I love that it is plastic. Glass and I are not friends, my wife doesn’t like me to even have it in the house because I have a terrible habit of dropping glass things and then instinctually trying to catch them just as they shatter. D’oh.

I love this pitcher.
