Also called Coffee Cherry or Qishr (in its native Yemen), this caffeinated herbal is made from the husk of the coffee bean. However unlike it’s often roasted counterpart (the coffee bean) this tea is steeped in it’s raw form. The result is an earthy, peppery mouth-feel, nothing like coffee as we think of it today!

Grown on a sustainable farm in Yemen, this drink is known throughout the country for its energizing affects… Definitely for the culinary adventurer!
