How to Prepare Coconut Cream:
Heat water (filtered if possible) to boiling or 212˚F and add one full teaspoon loose leaf tea per cup (apprx. 8 ounces). Infuse the tea leaves for 3–4 minutes depending on taste preference (4-5 minutes for an iced tea). If drinking hot drink plain or with milk and a sweetener if so desired. Iced tea can be drunk plain or add a small amount of sweetener to bring out more of the coconut and vanilla flavor.
