The mugicha (roasted barley tea) satchets provided by manufacturer Nabeshima are deliciously deep roasted for a rich flavor. For those who have never had mugicha, this is a great introduction. Boil satchet in water for 3-5 minutes, or cold brew for 1+ hours.
BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
COLD BREW:
Place 1 pack of mugicha into 1 liter of water, and let sit in the refrigerator overnight.
HOT BREW:
Bring 1 liter of water to a boil, place 1 pack into the water and boil for 5-6 minutes. Please be careful of the hot water!!
