Description

This Jin Jun Mei grows in the same areas as Wu Yi’s famous Rock Oolongs and has that same mineral sweetness and flower aroma. The tea has been lightly oxidized and retains an almost oolong-like green-ness to it which reveals it’s rocky origins. Sweet, floral, mineral and just a touch of bitter that comes and goes instantly, almost as if to remind us we are drinking tea leaves disguised as a nectar-like dream potion!

Recommend brewing with 85-90C water and using very short infusions at first.
