Premium Grade Tie Guan Yin is an excellent quality leaf from the tea gardens in Anxi County of Fujian province. The tea full of flavor and aroma, smooth but with a bitter-sweet aftertaste. The first infusion should be used to prepare the leaves and warm the drinking cups. This grade is also referred to as “Grade AA” Tie Guan Yin. Premium Grade Tie Guan Yin is quite different from our Fancy Grade Tie Guan! A much higher grade with careful processing. Tea leaves are more whole and robust, more infusable. More important Premium grade TGY has a higher aromatic quality, fuller and thicker taste, and bright emerald tea liquor!
