This is a unique fruity tea with a orchid and peach pit aroma. Our “Peach Pit Aroma” (aka Tao Ren Xiang) is grown at 900 meters, picked and processed in April with a 1 bud to 2 leaf ratio!
The production process is five-fold: picking, withering, kill-green, kneading and baking. Timing is very important to preserve the unique fragrance character of this tea.
We recommend short steeps with 90C water (for the first few steeps) to gradually coax out the subtle flavors and aromas this teas has to offer.
