Also referred to as Zhengshan Xiaozhong and Lapsang Souchong, this is a classic black tea from Wuyi in Fujian province. While some modern versions of this tea are smoked, the traditional version is processed with no smoke. It has naturally occurring flavors of yams and pine, with a rich body.
