Our Traditional Tie Guan Yin is processed with an emphasis on traditional style processing. There is a heavier oxidation than is typically in the broader market, with bruised red edged leaves and a smoother soup. This tea is a great example of high quality material and top level processing meeting to make a nuanced, high quality tea.
The type two has a greener character with a creamy fragrance. The depth of fragrance ranges from cannabis to pine when smelling the leaves. The soup is sticky and viscous. The tea is heady and evolves nicely from steep to steep in a long session.
