Our Fireside tgy (tieguanyin, also often called “iron goddess of mercy” or ti kuan yin) is a rolled and roasted Fujian province oolong tea. We snagged this production from last year for a nice enough price to sneak it into the club. The roasted florals in the cup and soup will carry you through the remaining cold winter days with ease. From an overall quality standpoint, this isn’t as high quality or a knock out like last month’s yancha. This is more of an easy going daily type of oolong that you can drink while you stare at your phone. (Which we would never advocate, but just hypothetically)
