Description

I’m excited to offer a tea rarely seen in the West; a black tea from Persia’s foremost tea producing region Lahijan, brought to the UK by a Persian contact.

It has a very smooth and honey sweet taste with gentle berry notes, no astringency or any bitterness.

Tasting Notes:
- Sweet berry aroma
- Smooth sweet taste with dark berry notes
- No astringency or bitterness

Harvest: Spring 2021

Origin: Lahijan, Persia

Brewing Advice:
- Heat water to roughly 95°C/203°F
- Use 2 teaspoon per cup/small teapot
- Brew for 4-5 minutes

Packaging: Resealable ziplock bag
