I’m excited to offer a tea rarely seen in the West; a black tea from Persia’s foremost tea producing region Lahijan, brought to the UK by a Persian contact.
It has a very smooth and honey sweet taste with gentle berry notes, no astringency or any bitterness.
Tasting Notes:

Harvest: Spring 2021
Origin: Lahijan, Persia
Brewing Advice:
- Heat water to roughly 95°C/203°F
- Use 2 teaspoon per cup/small teapot
- Brew for 4-5 minutes
