A lovely sweet floral and fruity white tea composed of incredibly large leaves.

- Very smooth
- Lingering sweet floral taste with notes of pear and mango

Harvest: Spring, 25th February 2021

Origin: Ming Jian, Nantou County, Taiwan
Altitude: 350-400m
Farmer: Mr. Yu
Sourced: Direct from the farmer

Cultivar: Qing Xin Gan Zhi
Picking: Hand
Oxidisation: 5%

Brewing Advice:
- Heat water to roughly 90°C/194°F
- Use 3-4 teaspoons per cup/small teapot
- Brew for 3-4 minutes
