Description

A unique light Japanese black tea with a sweet start and lingering umami finish.

Benifuuki was produced by crossing Benihomare, an assamica variety Japanese cultivar designed for black tea with MakuraCd86, a sinensis variety cultivar from Darjeeling.

Brewing Advice:
- Heat water to roughly 90°C/194°F
- Use 2 teaspoons per cup/small teapot
