Description

A very smooth Darjeeling with a light sweet pear taste.

A completely unique oolong the result of the farmer attempting 122 experimental batches to get the tea just right. Made on a small family run farm with their own micro tea factory to process the leaves.

- No bitterness or astringency

Brewing Advice:
- Heat water to roughly 90°C/194°F
- Use 2-3 teaspoons per cup/small teapot
- Brew for 3-4 minutes
