Description

An experimental tea attempting to replicate the rolled Taiwanese style oolongs, it has a sweet creamy floral taste which is typically associated with Jin Xuan oolongs of Taiwan.

Harvest: First Flush, May 2017

Origin: Greenland Organic Farm, Taplejung, Nepal
Sourced: Direct from the farmer Raj Kumar Banjara
Percentage of price going back to the farmer: 35%+

Brewing Advice:
- Heat water to roughly 90°C/194°F
- Use 1 teaspoon per cup/small teapot
- Brew for 3 minutes
