A twisted, highly oxidized oolong with a rich roasted flavor, Big Red Robe (Da Hong Pao) 大红袍 is the most famous of Wuyi mountains “Rock teas” 岩茶. Known for its complex dark-roasted flavor and brilliant orange infusion, Da Hong Pao is one of the most prestigious teas in China with a history dating back to the Ming dynasty.
