Wan Ling wanted to prepare an outstanding highly oxidised tea using a high grade Tie Guan Yin. This 2010 tea has been expertly processed to produce a stunningly clear liquor; rich, comforting and smooth flavours which will age. Ideal to enjoy now, this tea we highly recommend buying extra to store and age.
