Strong, deep flavour black tea which can be enjoyed on its own, however it makes an excellent base for your own self -created blends. Aroma of this particular blend is less heavy then usual which suggest lighter ingredients and finer grade of leaves. Russian Caravan is a combination of 3 dark Chinese teas: dark oolong, keemun and smoky lapsang. Traditionally transported 6000 miles from China to Europe through Russia, hence the name. In Slavic countries there is a strong tradition of brewing or even boiling a very strong tea essence and then dilute it and mix with a variety of fruit syrups or preserves. That can be also mixed with quality honey. In this way you find enjoyable and easy start into researching your own combination of taste.
